Pause. Transfer
or Upgrade...

A community-driven fitness destination in Sector 72, built on one belief: fitness should be a way of life, not a routine. Here, every age and every goal finds space to move better, live stronger, and grow together.

Life can be unpredictable. Whether you need to pause your workouts, transfer your plan to a family member, or upgrade your fitness goals, we want to make the process as transparent as possible.
The following terms and conditions outline the flexibility available within your membership and the procedures required to request changes.

GYM  MEMBERSHIP

TRANSFER POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change, and members may wish to transfer their membership to someone else. To support flexibility, we allow one-time membership transfers under the following terms:

  • Only active memberships with more than 30 days remaining are eligible.

  • The membership must be paid in full or have no pending dues.

  • Only one transfer is allowed per membership (no further transfers by the new member).

  • The new member must not be an existing or former member of Club 72 Gym in the past 6 months.

  • Membership is transferable only from an existing member to a new member (blood relation) within the same branch, subject to transfer charges, and is not permitted across branches. 

  • Both the current and new members must sign the membership transfer form. A transfer fee must be paid at the time of the request.

 

The transfer must be approved by gym management and is subject to verification and Members are required to complete the Transfer Request Form

GYM  MEMBERSHIP

FREEZE POLICY 

Members are entitled to a membership freeze during the term — up to 30 days for a 1-year membership (which may be utilized in two intervals of 15 days each) and up to 15 days for a 6-month membership, available as a one-time option only.

This freeze allows members to temporarily pause their membership without extending the original end date. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Freeze must be requested in advance.

  • Freeze requests are subject to approval by management and must be submitted in writing or via official communication channels.

  • Freeze can be split into minimum 15 days to maximum 30-day period (1 year).

  • This policy ensures flexibility for our valued members while maintaining fairness and consistency in membership management.

  • During the freeze period, no membership fees will be charged.

GYM  MEMBERSHIP

UPGRADE POLICY

  • Members are eligible to upgrade their membership within the first 15 days from the date of joining.

  • Members may upgrade to any higher-tier membership plan (e.g. from Basic to Premium, or from 3-month to 6-month or Annual or 3 year).

  • Members must pay the price difference between the original membership and the upgraded plan at the time of the upgrade.

  • The original membership activation date will remain unchanged after the upgrade.

  • The upgrade does not reset the membership start date.

REFERRAL POLICY

AND BENEFITS

POLICIES:

  • The referral program is open to all active members with no outstanding dues.

  • The referred friend must be a new member (not a past or current member).

  • The referred person must purchase a valid membership (e.g., 3 months or more) to qualify. 

  • Once the new member completes payment, the referral reward is applied.

  • A member may refer up to 5 friends per year.

 

BENEFITS:

1. First Referral: Receive 1 Week of Free Membership Access.

2. Second Referral: Receive 1 week more of Free Membership Access.

3. Third Referral: 

  • You may select one of the following complimentary benefits:

  • Personalized Diet Plan / Consultation

  • Guest Pass (to invite a friend or family member)

  • 2-Time Access to Swimming Pool.

4. Fourth Referral: Receive 2 Months of Complimentary Membership
